Our independent and assisted living community is under development in Yakima and scheduled to open later this year. We're excited to join the Fieldstone family and be closely located to our flagship memory care community. Between our two communities, we're able to offer a wider range of lifestyle services to meet the growing and changing needs of residents. We look forward to the opportunity to welcome seniors and their families into our new community. Residents will have a variety of unfurnished apartment homes to choose from, ranging in size from studio to two-bedroom. If and when the need for assisted living services arise, our building will be fully-licensed, allowing us to provide personalized services in the comfort of a resident's apartment. The spacious common areas will be engaging and encourage residents to do what they want and when they want, as an extension of their home.
