Crescent Health Care is a locally owned and operated Skilled Nursing and Rehab facility in the heart of Yakima, WA. We have been caring for residents and their families since we opened our doors in 1962. Conveniently located, we are within easy access to physician offices, hospitals and transportation. Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance are all accepted at Crescent.
We are a mostly brick, one story facility, licensed for 85 beds: primarily semi-private 2 bed rooms and 2 bed room suites. Small enough to give that personal care, yet large enough to provide the skilled nursing and care services you require. The interior consists of our rehab gym, a living room, large diningactivity room, and private telephone room.
