The Cooperative is a member-owned electric utility headquartered in (Columbia County) Dayton, Washington. We provide competitively priced, quality energy services to our members and are governed by an independent nine-member Board of Directors. The Cooperative has more than 4,500 member accounts and nearly 1,200 miles of electric line in parts of Walla Walla, Umatilla and Dayton Counties.
